SOCIAL & COMMUNITY SERVICES:

Involved with projects (providing free education to poor but meritorious children and healthcare in tea-belt areas) undertaken by Ramakrishna Math and Mission (Both Vedanta and Belur).

KEY SKILLS:

Language and communication and its different nuances like critical thinking, creativity, and interpersonal skills.

AREA OF INTEREST:

My field of research interest lies in Children’s Literature, especially how patriarchy is influencing discourse to reconstruct the meaning of Child and Child Readers in 20th century children’s fictions. In fact, it aims to study the role of patriarchy in 20th century children’s literature as it provides valuable insights into the construction and representation of childhood and child readers in relation to the literature of the olden era. Through critical analysis and advocacy, I am interested to challenge existing power structures, promote diversity and inclusivity, and empower young readers to question, critique, and reshape the world around them.
