With the financial assistance of UGC the institution runs Remedial Coaching classes for students belonging to SC / ST / OBC (non-creamy layer) / Minority communities for pursuing their studies efficiently and to reduce their failure and drop-out rate. These special classes are conducted outside the regular timetable of class hour. Students belonging to Other Backward Classes and General Candidates may also be allowed the benefit of such coaching classes. Remedial Coaching is to be organized at Undergraduate level with a view to improving academic skills and linguistic proficiency of the students in various subjects. Remedial coaching classes have been conducted by the institution under twelfth plan of UGC. Under the scheme the institution arranges Special lectures on respective subjects (on demand of the students) by Resource persons.
