Siliguri Mahila Mahavidyalaya offers following scholarships to its students. The college office works in a dedicated manner towards sharing the necessary information through workshops, notices related to availing these scholarships and one office staff is deputed to assist the students in respect of scholarships.
Kanyashree Prakalpa
Kanyashree Prakalpa is an initiative by the State government to empower girls coming from socially and economically weak sections of the society. It seeks to improve the overall conditions of the girls by supporting them in various ways. Siliguri Mahila Mahavidyalaya has done significantly well in helping female students to get access of the benefits that Kanyashree Prakalpa offers. For this the college has received accolades from various sectors. The Kanyashree Prakalpa programme launched by West Bengal was started in our college from 2013-14 session. And for session 2019-20 the college has acquired 1st position in the “Best Performing College under SMC Area” under Kanyashree Prakalpa from the Government of West Bengal, Office of the Sub Divisional Officer, Siliguri, Kanyashree Section.
W.B Minority Development Scheme
W.B Minority Development Scheme is a Govt. initiative to support the students who belong to minority sections of the society. The economically and socially underprivileged students can have access to the benefits offered by the scheme. Siliguri Mahila Mahavidyalaya has been continuously doing the needful for the students who require the support.
Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means Scholarships
SVMCM is an initiative that offers financial support to students coming from economically weak sections of the society. Siliguri Mahila Mahavidyalaya is helping the students to avail the necessary benefit from this scholarship scheme for pursuing higher studies.

Student Credit Card Scheme
The Higher Education department, Government of West Bengal has introduced the Student Credit Card Scheme for the students of West Bengal to enable them to pursue education without having any financial constraints. Siliguri Mahila Mahavidyalaya has been frequently arranging workshops to spread information related to benefits associated with the students’ credit card and how they can apply and avail the financial support.
