Research & Extension
- Fostering a culture of research among teachers and students.
- Publication of the college's own research journal and magazine.
- National and international linkage initiatives through MOU.
- Increasing the teacher-to-student ratio to improve academic expansion.
Infrastructure
- Shifting of the present Students' Council Office.
- Gradual development of Science Block with all contemporary facilities.
- Building of a hostel for Girls on the newly purchased land.
- Extension of the present college office.
- Building of a three storied building with dedicated Car & Bike shade in the Ground floor, Canteen in the 1st floor and Students' Activity Centre in the 2nd floor.
- Tin shade on the top most floors of all the existing buildings.
- Proposal for opening of a Public-sector bank at the college campus.
- Dedicated Not-for-profit Reprographic Centre for the students.
Student Development
- Activating placement cells in BPO, retail chain management, hardware/networking, marketing management, etc. to facilitate student support services.
- Developing a particular programme to encourage students to enlist in the Indian Defence Services, as well as other state and central services.
- Hosting workshops and seminars to encourage student entrepreneurship.
- The creation of a Blood Donors Club among the student body.

Roadmap
Assessment and Analysis: The journey commenced with a comprehensive assessment of the institution’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT analysis). Stakeholder consultations were conducted to gather input from faculty, staff, students, alumni, and other key stakeholders. The findings informed the development of the IPP roadmap.
Strategic Planning: During this second phase, the institution formulated its strategic plans aligning them with its long-term goals and aspirations. Priority areas were identified, and strategic objectives were delineated to guide institutional actions and initiatives over the planning period.
Action Planning and Implementation: Action plans were developed to translate strategic objectives into tangible initiatives and projects. These action plans encompassed areas such as academic excellence, infrastructure development, faculty and staff development, student support services, research and innovation, industry- academia collaboration, and community engagement. Implementation of the action plans commenced with dedicated project teams overseeing each initiative.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuous monitoring and evaluation mechanisms were put in place to track progress, identify challenges, and make necessary adjustments. Regular reviews were conducted to assess the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and ensure alignment with the overarching goals of the IPP.
Objectives

Infrastructure Development: To augment infrastructure facilities, including classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and recreational spaces, to support holistic development and innovation.

Student Support Services: To provide comprehensive support services, including counseling, career guidance, scholarships, and extracurricular activities, to promote student success and well-being.
Industry-Academia Collaboration: To forge strategic partnerships (MOUs) with different industries so as to facilitate knowledge exchange, skill development, and placement opportunities for students.
Community Engagement: To actively engage with the local community through outreach programs and social initiatives conducted through NCC, NSS units of the college.
Outcomes
